Microwave electromagnetic fields are used in the sintering of microwaves. According to the use of microwave energy, microwave sintering can be divided into: Microwave heating sintering, microwave plasma sintering, microwave-plasma step sintering and so on.

(2) Microwave plasma sintering
The advantages of microwave plasma sintering are fast heating, rapid densification, and good burning semi-sintered performance.
